Have reduced the amount of the lean when he goes foward and have moved the keyframe round a bit so he holds the down a teeny (2frames) longer, this makes the movement look more forceful and purposeful.
i dont think u can have that lean forward. for me its just not working and doesnt look right. If he leant that far forward to begin with then he would have thrown it then. There's supposed to be like a seconds worth of him giving an angry look to hero here anyway so i would do that instead.
